My classes are mixed ability and suitable for all. I often have a weekly theme, but every class is a little different ! I am always learning more and love to share what I find inspiring about yoga, in my classes.
As well as my weekly yoga classes, I offer workshops and yoga gatherings as often as I can ………
With an emphasis on the breath and body working in harmony, I encourage mindful movement in our yoga practice to promote both physical and mental well-being.
